Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Roofing Project Manager position include:
- 2+ years in project management or within the roofing industry
- Background check required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Coordinate all issues of contract scope with the estimate and resolve discrepancies
- Select appropriate material manufacturer for projects
- Attend preconstruction meetings and conduct kick-off meetings with job foremen
- Provide ongoing support to field foremen, ensuring project success and safety compliance
- Manage change order pricing and project budget
- Act as the point-of-contact with customers, ensuring project profitability and quality
- Regular site visits to troubleshoot and assess project progress and quality
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
