Qualifications and responsibilities for this Associate Construction Project Coordinator position include:
- Ability to quickly learn the construction process and industry
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, designers, architects, and high-end clientele
- Effective management of daily priorities, deadlines, and time
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Buildertrend knowledge is a plus
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative support to office staff and onsite project superintendents
- Submit permits, manage building department communication, and schedule inspections
- Manage paperwork, blueprint revisions, subcontractor coordination, and Buildertrend Project Management Software
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with overtime potential.
