Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in WA or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
- Leading design processes from client contact to project closeout for institutional, schools, churches, retail, multi-family, residential, and low-income housing projects
- Coordinating with review agencies and subconsultants
- Preparing preliminary designs for various projects
- Supervising project engineers, technicians, and drafters
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budget
Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus end-of-year bonus potential.
