A leading subcontractor specializing in a variety of specialty ceiling and wall systems is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our Woodinville, WA team! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction field.
- Estimating experience with drywall, flooring, or specialty fields is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Experience with Takeoff software is a plus.
- Ability to read plans, understand specifications, and drawing details.
- Conduct quantity takeoff, material and equipment pricing, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Mentor, train, and manage Estimators in the department.
- Review and ensure estimates meet business objectives.
- Engage with customers to ensure understanding of scope and address questions.
- Collaborate with other departments and management to present accurate estimates.
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
