Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Estimator position include:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience 1- 3 years of construction estimating experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and source quotes from vendors.
- Conduct site assessments and attend stakeholder meetings.
- Compile reports summarizing project trends and information.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure team alignment across projects.
- Research future projects and track bidding activity.
Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.
